• The home page of the Institute of Latin American Studies of the University of Texas @ Austin has been added to UT-LANIC's home page.
• Rick Rossi's Resources List has been aaded to our Uruguay home page.

• The following servers have been added to our Latin America General and Topical Information page:

• The Union Catalog of the Universidad de Chile has been added to our Libraries page.
• The Foreign Languages for Travellers and Mundo 21 home pages have been added to our Libraries page.

• There are two new Web servers in Panama, one at the Universidad de Panama, the other at the Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua (USMA). You will find them at the top of our Panama home page.
• A new Cuban gopher server has been opened up by the Centro de Intercambio Automatizado de Informacion (CENIAI). You can browse the gopher by way of our Cuba home page.

• The Institutional Reform and the Informal Sector (IRIS) WWW server has been added to our Latin America Related International Information Services home page.
• The publication Mundo 21 has been added to our Publications page

Costa Rican daily newspaper La Nacion now has a special Internet edition. The paper is availible on our Costa Rica home page.

The following four WWW servers have been added to our Mexico home page:

• Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO)

The special "Edicion Internet" of Mexican daily newspapers Reforma and El Norte can now be read daily via the INFOSEL server. The two papers can be reached through our Mexico home page. Also, after an absence of several weeks, La Jornada is once again availible. It can also be reached from our Mexico page.

The Red Academica Panamena and the Universidad Tecnologica de Panama WWW servers can now be accessed through our Panama home page.

The Ministerio de Agricultura WWW server has been added to the Peru home page.

• The Boletin Especial Chiapas, a weekly newsletter covering events in Chiapas produced by the Academia Mexicana de Derechos Humanos, is now being housed on the UT-LANIC WWW server. You can browse current and retrospective issues of the newsletter, in English or Spanish, by visiting the Chiapas section of our Mexico home page.

• The International Monetary Fund gopher has been added to our Latin America Related International Information Services page.
