What's New Archives: December 1995

• The following pages have been added to the Subject Directory on our Home Page: Agriculture, Cinema, Food, Indigenous, and Military.
• The new Personal Pages contains links to pages developed by students, faculty and alumni from Latin American Studies, as well as related course materials.

• A link to La Reserva Nacional de Paracas has been added to the Peru page.
• The Business page now includes a link to financial articles from the Excelsior newspaper out of Mexico City.

• The Colombia page has been updated and expanded, including several new links to university sites.

• The Texas-based Center for the Study of Western Hemispheric Trade (CSWHT) has published a set of WWW pages, housed on UT-LANIC. The Trade Center can be reached from our Joint Projects & Hosted Data Bases page.
• The new Market Place site by QuetzalNet is now linked from our Guatemala page.

• Business page update: new links to Indice de Empresas Chilenas, Investment Opportunies in Argentina, and the Departament de Promocao Comercial, a special division of the Ministerio das Relacoes Exteriores do Brasil.
• The Peru page keeps growing. The page now contains links to Companies on the Lima Stock Exchange, Programa de Pequena y Micro Empresa, and PromPeru.

• A link to Fundación Omar Dengo has been added to our list of WWW Servers in Costa Rica.
• The Peru page has been updated with links to Noticiero 24 HORAS, Machu Picchu: A Digital Reconstruction, the Ministerio de Energia y Minas, and the Palacio del Presidente.

• A link to the web server of the Universidad Autónoma Americana has been added to our Nicaragua page.
• The Economy page has been redesigned and updated to complement the recently added Business page.
• Overseas Business Reports prepared by the National Trade Data Bank have been added to the Economy page. The reports, published in 1992, provide detailed coverage of the economic environments in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, and Uruguay.

• A link to "MayaNet" has been added to our Guatemala page.

• Tropical Rainforest Suriname has been added to our Suriname page

• Revista Balance has been added to our Panama page.
