Hot off the press: the LANIC Electoral Observatory reports on final electoral results from Uruguay, where a third force is breaking the traditional hegemony of Colorados and Blancos. Also, consult the results from the October 24 presidential elections in Argentina. And, elections in Guatemala will be held this Sunday, November 7.
