It's grateful for us to inform to you about an International Congress.
Last year, the IEEE's Branch resolved to develop the Fourth International
Congress of Electronical Engineering ( INTERCON97) in Arequipa city, Peru
Country.
It's being organized by the School of Electronic Engineering (Universidad
Nacional de San Agustin de Arequipa ) . This Congress will take place in
Arequipa on August, from the 11th to the 14th (1997). One important part
of this Congress are the Tutorials.
The Tutorials are Conferences with an objetive : qualify and prepare the
audience to the new technologies in electronics. For that reason the
Tutorials will be exposed by Specialists in
their respective fields.

-System for biomedical purposes.
-Design of Digital compensators.
-Temperature control.
-Design of H-infinity controllers.
-LQ optimal controllers.
-Process and systems control using personal computers.
-Process and systems control using MCU boards (microcontrollers).
-Design of controllers and observers for nonlinear systems using modern
control theory.
-Biomedical devices.
-Modulator implementation with Mash technique for Analog to Digital
converters.
-Induction motor field orientation control.
-CMOS circuits for e1 multiplexers.
-Compression Techniques for Digital HDTV systems.

The students are invited to expose projects.
The PhD.s and Masters are invited to expose in the Tutorials. (CALL FOR
PAPERS)
In case of having interest in participating you must indicate the
possible fields of your presentation.
Finally we want to say that Arequipa is one of the most beautifil city in
Peru, here you can visit the Colca Canyon, Santa Catalina monastery and
other beautiful places.
