We are working as expert whitnesses for the defense on a case involving a
Mexican national who is accused on killing a US police officer. He is
facing the death penalty. We would like information or references dealing
with the formal vs informal legal system in Mexico and peasant attitudes
towards the police, lawyers, and the court system in general. Gracias.
