Hello,
I am currently doing some research about the military institution
in Peru. I would be very grateful for information (or where to find it)
about the legal basis which the military institution (at least formally)
can act from. Simply put; what does the law say? I'm also looking for some
"fresh" statistics on the military in Peru.
