as a PhD candidate I am preparing the thesis on Cuban
Foreign Relations with Latin America 1959-1994 - with the focus on Cuban
Foreign Policy toward Mexico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Colombia, Argentina,
Brasil, Peru, Chile 1959-1994 (I said "focus" - it should be treated as
the subject - because of the further need to consult the actual
documental possibilities to write on this subject).
I therefore ask for a contact the specialists in International
Relations of Cuba and Latin America of the university centers which receive
this message.
