I read a report that Marcos denied the government's claim that he is
Rafael Sebastian Guillen Vicente. Does anyone have evidence either way?

Also: how would one go about getting the doctoral dissertation of Guillen
called "Discursive Practices and Ideological practices", supposedly from
UNAM, 1980.
