Dear Messrs.,
I am a graduate student at the University of Colorado at Boulder. My
predissertation work has attempted to link politico-economic development
in Africa and Latin America, highlighting historical similarities between
the two regions. If anyone else is involved in such research, or could
put me in contact with someone else who is, I would appreciate it.
