I am at an obsolute loss to understand how the SOA is found to be the cause
of so much mayhem in Latin America. According to all the E-mail I have been
reading lately, somehow all the vicious acts perpatrated against the local
citizens have been either carried out or supervised by SOA grads... Baloney!
there is no one who can show me any linkage between the SOA and the savagery
perpetuated by Guzmans Sendero Luminoso , or the Butchers of the now defunked
Medillin Narcotics Cartel.
