In the rasta spirit of the all-high-I-an'-I may I add that while anyone
with a speck of wit should have seen through the post on legalized
spliff - not just because of the humorous name, but the goofy line about
Cuba doing so to draw tourists and stupify Cubans into overlooking hard
times, it is nevertheless true that Colombia has legalized the holy
sacrament of Saint Mary-Jane and also a few other South American
countries have decriminalized small amounts - Brazil?
May the spirit of Bob Marley and Peter Tosh be with you,
