I am looking for information on Nicaraguan democratic consolidation (or
lack thereof) since 1990, specifically the role of the OAS (CIAV is the
name of the operation.) At this point, I am finishing my senior thesis and
I just want to check my conclusions. If anyone knows of any people I
should talk to, or books I should read, I'd really appreciate the help.
Even opinions of people familiar with Nicaragua would be interesting.
