Thank you for your replies. I have heard from many
interesting people on finding funds for a friend of mine
from Costa Rica who wants to attend college in the U. S. on
the undergraduate level. I am currently checking
into each suggestion, lead, etc. I have been told by several
foreign student offices at various universities that
funds basically don't exist, but I'm still hopeful of finding
funds somewhere. If you know of someone or some
institution that might be of help please send me a
message.
