Thank you Mary Ann. This information is certainly a clue as to why
Brother Martel has seen fit to again call attention to himself out of
nowhere. Does this mean that the proposed Academy would not employ the
military (i.e., Martel)? It has seemed to me all along, that is, ever
since this intermittent thread began on this list a year or so ago, that
Martel's posts were not so much an ideological rant as a sort of attempt
to promote the institution itself as a bureaucracy. In other words, has
the appearance of Martel's posts been an attempt all along to justify his
and his buddies' jobs there? Victor
