Dear LASNETeros:

I have been surfing the WWW looking for local governments in
latinamerican cities that may have gone 'virtual' (decentralizing/
reinventing/reengineering governance through technology). So far,
however, I have come up empty. Is anyone aware of any
cities/local governments in LA and/or the Caribbean that may have
begun that process? Any feedback will be appreciated. Thank you!
