BorderLines is a monthly publication produced by the Interhemispheric
Resource Center, a private nonprofit research and policy institute located
in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Founded in 1979, the Resource Center produces
books, and policy reports about U.S. foreign relations with the Third
World, as well as sponsoring popular education materials.The Subscription
rate for BorderLines is $20/year in the U.S., and $25/year for foreign
subscriptions. An e-mail subscription is available for $15/year, but
