as a student at the Free University of Brussels (Belgium), I have the task
to write a thesis in order to get a degree in 'Telecommunication
Sciences'. The subject of my thesis is:
privatization, (de)regulation and liberalisation of telecom services (esp.
telephony) in Latin-America, particularly in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and
Chile.
I think this mailing list can help me to get some useful information about
this topic. Also information about the latest technologies in this sector,
the situation at this moment in these countries, interesting books and
interesting e-mail addresses or web-sites is welcome. Please let me know
