Dear Sir, Madam,

The Multicultural Skyscraper (http://www.multicultural.net) is a virtual
environment which offers access to a range of links related in some way to
the issues of minority access to the media labour market and minority
portrayal in media programming.

Those links are grouped together in topic-specific 'rooms' on the various
floors of the Skyscraper. One can navigate from floor to floor using the
Skyscraper's elevator, each floor representing a specific field of activity.

Some rooms are designed to present the various projects undertaken bythe
On-Line/More Colour in the Media network. This network brings together more
than fifty organisations in Europe, including(educational) broadcasters,
media training centres, media education institutes and government bodies,
enabling them to exchange information and set up various forms of
cooperation. Different sets of partners within this network participate in
the various media education and media employment projects that have been
set up in the framework it offers.

Other rooms, however, offer more general overviews of relevant information
resources. So-called 'resources rooms' have been set up on topics as
'Multicultural Radio and Television', 'Declarations and Codes', 'Prizes',
research sources on 'Media and Minorities in Europe' and, last but not
least, 'Funding'.

The Multicultural Skyscraper also provides a Forum to promote the
discussion on such topics and facilitate the exchange of information
between the site's visitors. Furthermore a registration form is present if
you know of additional resources that you would like to see appear on the
Skyscraper site.

The Multicultural Skyscraper is financed by the European Commission,DG5.

If you would like to link the Multicultural Skyscraper in your site, you
are of course welcome to do so at any time. If you have any further
