Notes: PL480 includes Titles I, II and III; the figures for 1995 will differ from those in the FY 1995 table. DA and ESF funds obligated after 1985 were almost exclusively in the form of grants. Loan obligations for the region declined from $234 million in 1985 to zero in 1992, 1993 & 1994.
