Cuban-Guayanese Friendship Rally

[Editorial Report FL] Havana Domestic Service in Spanish at 1525 GMT on 9
April 1975 reports that Guyanese Prime Minister Forbes Burnham and Cuban
Prime Minister Fidel Castro have arrived at the site of the Cuban-Guyanese
friendship rally in Cienfuegos, Las Villas province. At 1559 GMT, the Cuban
and Guyanese national anthems are played. Immediately following these the
announcer reports that the event is being presided over by Cuban Prime
Minister Castro and Guyanese Prime Minister Burnham and that PCC
Secretariat Member Carlos Rafael Rodriguez and Provincial Party First
Secretary Arnaldo Milian Castro are present on the dais.

Prime Minister Castro is introduced at 1604 GMT.
