[Text]  Havana, 20 Apr--President Fidel Castro said this afternoon that his
government is willing to facilitate visits of U.S. citizens to Cuba.
Castro talked to a group of businessmen from Minneapolis, who are here
conducting exploratory negotiations in preparation for the anticipated
lifting of the 16-year-old Cuban trade embargo, which is expected to occur
shortly.
