Others present were Carlos Rafael Rodrigues, member of the PCC Politburo and vice president of the Councils of State and Ministers, Colonels Pedro Rodriguez Peralta and Manual Diaz Gonzales, Jose Antonio Naranjo and Hector Rodriguez Llompat, all members of the PCC Central Committee.
