[Text] Commander in Chief Fidel Castro, first secretary of the PCC, has met
with Chilean Socialist Party Leader [PS] Carlos Altamirano and his
delegation.

Present for the Cuban side was Hector Rodriguez Llompart, member of the PCC
Central Committee and chairman of the State Committee for Economic
Cooperation.  During the talks, different aspects of the international
situation and the development of relations between France and Cuba were
discussed.
