[Text] Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz has sent a personal message to
Indira Gandhi, president of the Nonaligned Movement and prime minister to
India. The message was personally delivered to Mrs. Gandhi by the Cuban
ambassador to India, Jose Perrez Novoa. It has been learned that in the
document, the president of the Cuban Council of State and Ministers
informed the president of the Nonaligned Movement about the recent events
concerning the U.S. invasion of Grenada. The letter also contained other
information for the prime minister of India about the dangerous situation
in Central America and the Caribbean.

According to the latest reports from New York, the Coordination Bureau of
the Nonaligned Movement will meet within a few hours to consider the U.S.
invasion of Grenada, which is a member of the movement.
