[Text] Commander in Chief Fidel Castro, first secretary of the Communist
Party of Cuba [PCC] Central Committee, has presided over the final day of
work of the Fifth UJC Congress. The use of free time was thoroughly
discussed during the sessions, specifically matters regarding youth
circles, popular camping, and sports, as well as tourism and deficiencies
in commerce and gastronomy. Officials related to those spheres made
explanatory remarks during the debate.

As on previous occasions, our commander if chief actively participated in
the discussions.
