Castro Closes Labor, Social Security Meeting

[Text] Commander in Chief Fidel Castro has given the closing speech at the
meeting of the State Committee for Labor and Social Security in Havana.
The meeting was attended by the organization's national and provincial vice
presidents and directors, as well as inspection officials.

Fidel extensively analyzed the economy's chaotic situation created by
erroneous ideas on the country's development.  He also enumerated the
rectification measures that are being applied and are giving fruit to the
policies of the party and government.
