[Text] Commander in Chief Fidel Castro has toured other areas of the heroic
city of Santiago de Cuba.  He announced that by 1990 he foresees the
completion of the Grand Theatre, the Santiago Hotel, and the Antonio Maceo
Square.  He referred to the need for the Paco Cabrera factory to guarantee
the production of the metal structures required to complete those
projects.
