Chief of Party for U.S.-Mexico Judicial Exchange Program,
National Center for State Courts, Mexico City. The successful
candidate will organize bilateral conferences, manage court-to-court
exchanges, and develop seminars and workshops for judges and
court personnel on a variety of court management and judicial
reform topics. Candidates must be bilingual in English/Spanish
and possess extensive knowledge of U.S. judicial procedures,
court management, court technology, and judicial education programs.
Knowledge of the Mexican legal/judicial system and recent judicial
reform programs is important. An advanced degree is preferred.
Period of contract will run through September 2000, or longer,

to support the Democracy program. Current projects focus on Colombia,
