SHU/UNITAR series on international economics and finance  Part II: Global Economic Crisis Organized jointly with the School of Diplomacy and International Relations (SODIR), Seton Hall University (SHU) Objectives  The objective of this session is to have a debriefing on new developments in the economic crisis situations and the global economy as a follow-up to Part I. The debriefing will aim to draw lessons from discussions in Part I as they apply to current trends. It will also revisit the debate on the new financial architecture. Organization The one-day debriefing will consist of lectures and in-depth analysis of the topics under discussion with interventions from practitioners, analysts and academics.
