Texas Papers on Latin America
The purpose of the Texas Papers on Latin America (TPLA) is to provide pre-publication distribution of draft papers by UT-Austin Latin Americanists and visiting scholars to the UT-Austin campus in the interest of generating useful feedback and better comprehension of the breadth of Latin American Studies at the University of Texas. Copyright for the TPLA papers is retained by the author(s). This series is offered as a public service and materials may be reproduced for research and educational purposes, provided proper citation and credit are included.
